With its new production facility, MH Metallprofil GmbH aims to refine its product portfolio and strengthen its expertise in project management
MH Metallprofil GmbH specializes in the manufacture of plant tables for production and presentation purposes. These are manufactured at the company’s facility in Reichstädt, near the state capital of Dresden, in a modern production hall. Over the past three years, the company has consolidated its expertise in the further processing of aluminum and steel profiles and has further expanded its project work to furnish custom interior spaces according to individual customer specifications.
Thanks to the positive economic development of MH Metallprofil GmbH, a new production facility is now being built on the site of the manufacturing plant. The construction of this facility is also intended to spur the acquisition of new machinery and equipment in order to further automate manufacturing processes and pave the way for Industry 4.0. Existing business processes are to be optimized for efficiency, and sales processes are to be digitized. The current development of the company’s own online store is a key step in this direction. This step toward the future began with the submission of the building permit application for the new production hall on July 28, 2015, which was approved on December 7, 2015. Construction of the building’s shell began with the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony on September 2, 2016, and was completed on December 21, 2016. Work is now continuing on the interior, so that the facility will be ready for initial production work in the summer of 2017.
